Vision 2020, Our Strategic Plan

The Board of Directors of the Lake County Council on Aging have unanimously adopted a new strategic plan to guide the organization in its planning, activities, and initiatives over the next four years.  The plan, entitled “Vision 2020 “, was developed over several months with the input of county officials, representatives from community service agencies, the Senior Citizens Advisory Panel, recipients of LCCoA services, staff members and a sampling of the seniors of Lake County.  Click here to view a copy of Vision 2020.
