Meals On Wheels

Meals On Wheels volunteer duties range from packing the meals at the site to delivering the meals to clients. Meals On Wheels drivers commit to about 1 to 1 ½ hours per week to deliver meals to homebound clients. This opportunity is also available to local companies through our Adopt-A-Route program.

Friendly Visitor

Friendly Visitor Volunteers provide socialization to homebound, isolated clients by visiting with them two times per month.

OSHIIP

OSHIIP Volunteers provide information and assistance to Medicare beneficiaries via the telephone and/or in person visits. These volunteers are trained at the LCCoA by an OSHIIP trainer from the Ohio Department of Insurance.

Portable Provision (Grocery Shopper) Volunteer

Grocery Shopper Volunteers assist homebound, isolated clients by grocery shopping for them two times per month.

If you would like to learn more about these programs or if you would like to volunteer, please call Traci Hissam at 440-205-8111.
