Dine In at the Lunch Place

What could be better than FOOD, FRIENDSHIP, and NO DISHES? Eating a well-balanced diet is an important part of staying healthy while aging. Good nutrition can help maintain a healthy weight, prevent some chronic diseases, and build a strong immune system.

Monday through Friday, a nutritious lunch is served at the Lunch Place, so get dressed and start moving. Join us at one of the four conveniently located Lunch Place kitchens, where lunch is dished with an extra helping of companionship on the side.  Advance reservations are necessary; please scroll down to ‘How To Get Started’ at the bottom of this page for more information.

Lunch Places located in senior centers do not require center membership, so why not give one a try?
